Free via USPS mail in the United States. For shipping charges on additional quantities and/or orders outside the continental U.S., please contact us. Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed and arrive. For information on large quantity wholesale orders, please contact us.
Return Policy
We inspect every rooBag(s) before shipping to make sure they arrive ready to work for you. If your rooBag(s) do not perform as described, we will gladly refund your purchase price or replace them. We are not able to reimburse shipping charges. Contact us within 30 days after receiving your rooBag(s), stating the reason for your request and your preference (cash refund or replacement). The original rooBag(s) purchased must be returned in good condition with shipping charges paid by purchaser. For a cash refund, we will issue a check within 7 business days after receiving the return. For a replacement, we will ship within 7 business days after receiving the return.
Backorder Policy
Our goal is to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. However, if a backorder should occur, you will be notified and given an approximate arrival date. If you prefer not to wait, any product and shipping charges incurred will be refunded to you promptly.
